In their interesting and wide-ranging discussion they answer any questions you might have about gripping, and their conversation is loaded with motivation and understanding of what it takes to become the best in any endeavor. I enjoyed listening to the CD's and it helped in understanding the Jimmy Pedro Grip Like a World Champion DVD.

The CD includes a huge collection of images and animations in various formats. The technique drawings are technically accurate and varied, but do not include descriptions or names. The only one of its kind and highly recommended.
