It seems a mix beetween kyokushin and judo.

i think they have a better kuzushi than a lot of judokas!!

and also they seem to have a rather poor groundwork.

I would imagine many Kudo practitioners have more of a Kyokushin, or other Karate background, and feel less comfortable on the ground. I imagine that there are other Kudo practitioners that feel more comfortable grappling than striking. I doubt grappling skill is universal or constant in the Kudo world.

How I wish this was in the states.
